László Őri, President of the Pannon EGTC, has become a member of the Committee of the Regions’ national delegation

A national delegation is made up of Committee of the Regions members from one of the 27 EU Member States.
The composition of the delegations reflects the general political, geographical and local/regional situation of the given Member State.
All the members make up the 329-member General Assembly of the Committee of the Regions, which meets several times a year in Brussels to discuss political priorities and adopt opinions on EU legislation.
Each national delegation elects a president and appoints a coordinator. The coordinators’ task is to liaise between the Committee of the Regions’ administration and the members of their national delegation.
László Őri was delegated by the national delegation to the working group assisting the European integration of the Western Balkans, which is of particular importance for the Pannon EGTC, as the mission of our organization is to support the European integration of these countries.
