Accordingly, between 2021 and 2027, it will be possible to apply for the following subject areas from the support sources of the Hungarian-Croatian CBC program:

- cross-border trade and innovation cooperation of small and medium-sized enterprises

- energy cooperation

- joint nature conservation projects

- cross-border tourism cooperation projects

- cooperation between government bodies and civil organizations

The priorities of the Program were developed by HBH Kft. and Logframe Kft. within the framework of the "CBJointStrategy" project of the Pannon European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation, following numerous regional consultations, questionnaire surveys, interviews and a multi-point analysis of the currently running program.

The detailed development and acceptance of the Program will take place until the summer of 2021, after which the new Hungarian-Croatian CBC call for proposals can be announced after the approval of the European Commission, expectedly at the beginning of 2022.
